Ours chewed our two apple trees off at the base. He completely pushed one pear tree over to the ground. We were able to put it upright and stake it. So far, it's doing OK. I don't know if we will be getting more this year or not, kinda depends on money, but we do hope to get more one of these years, and I'll try to keep all this in mind for when we do. We haven't done all this for the most part. <br /><br />I wish I loved to garden, but sadly I don't, which is probably part of my trouble. I do want fruit at the very least though, so....we are going to HAVE to buckle down and follow your advice I think!
